Is it necessary to do advance booking?Advance booking is not necessary for visitors, although it is requested for special events. To enable us to handle your special requirements efficiently, please let us know your needs in advance. For lunch buffet, dinner buffet and breakfast with the birds, three days’ advance notice is required.
What is the opening hour of the park?The park and restaurant is open from 09.00 a.m. until 17:30 p.m. daily, except on Balinese New Year (Nyepi). Is it safe for kids? Is there any insurance covering the activities? Yes, our park is designed to be family friendly. All of our guests are covered by PT. JASINDO. First aid facilities are also available at the Park. In case of emergency ask the duty manager or any member of our staff.
What is the payment method you accept?Bali Bird Park uses the Bank of Indonesia US$ changing rate and we accept travellers’ cheques and credit cards including Amex, JCB, VISA, BCA Card, MasterCard and Diners Club.
Can we bring pet?Dogs and other pets are prohibited from the park as they will scare the birds.
Do you have facilities for people with disabilities?The park has been designed with barrier-free pathways for convenient wheelchair and baby-stroller access. However, there are staff on hand if assistance is required.
Is there any dining venue inside the park?Yes, we do have two dining venues, The Bali Starling Restaurant and Rainforest Café.
